Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! Moon Bounce's clean and courteous drivers will deliver and set up each moon bounce and ensure that it is in good working condition well before your party starts. We'll also come back to take it down after the party is over. Setup and takedown normally take about 15-20 minutes each. This service is included in your rental cost.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver our Moon Bounces to Grande Prairie and Clairmont for no additional charge. We are happy to deliver to our customers throughout the Peace Country, but will need to levy a delivery surcharge. Please call us at (780) 882-1700 to request a quote for delivery to your specific party or event.

What kind of power is required?

Moon Bounces plug into a standard household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the Moon Bounce should be no more than 75 ft from that outlet. If required we have a generator that can also be rented for an additional $50 charge.

How much room do I need to set up a Moon Bounce?

You should have an area of approximately 20' x 20' with a vertical clearance of 14' - 22'. When you call to reserve your Moon Bounce we will let you know the necessary dimensions for your particular unit.

Are Moon Bounces safe?

Yes. Our Moon Bounces are constructed to be as safe as possible. However, as with any activity involving jumping and small children there are certain risks. As a result, an adult should supervise the activity. This will help ensure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the Moon Bounce. All of our Moon Bounces are covered for weather protection (direct sunlight & light rain) and they have netting on all four sides to allow for greater visibility and air circulation.

What about insurance?

Peace Moon Bounce Inc. will supply the Moon Bounce to your event. You are responsible for the safe use of the equipment for you and your guests. All individuals and companies that rent a Moon Bounce are required to sign a liability waiver and indemnity agreement prior to setup. We cannot set up a Moon Bounce until the liability waiver and indemnity agreement is signed. It is recommended that you contact your own insurer for single event coverage.

Is a deposit required to reserve a Moon Bounce?

We do not require a deposit. All we need to know is the date, time and location of your event as well as the Moon Bounce you prefer. We will collect payment (cheque, cash or money order) the day of the party when we set up.

How do I reserve a Moon Bounce?

Simple! Just call (780) 882-1700 and we will reserve your Moon Bounce. We'll gladly answer any questions you might have.

What if I have to cancel?

No problem. Just give us a call, there is no cancellation fee. However, we would appreciate as much notice as possible.

What is your weather policy?

We cannot operate the Moon Bounce in strong rain, high winds, or in areas where it is muddy. If your reservation must be canceled due to inclement weather prior to setup, we will do our best to reschedule.
